HW: Sun 2200M2 2 drives The goal is to get: Xen|XVM Server, a Dom0 of OpenSolaris or maybe Linux, and both Open Solaris & Linux DomU''s. ZFS RAID 1 filesystems. I''ve been reading up on this but the total info available is overwhelming. I''m looking for pointers on where to get started on all this; from the most basic [Do we start with Xen image, or have to compile that on another box..?] onward. Obviously, that''s what xVM server will be, but it''s still Real Soon Now status. Suggestions on a jumping in point?

Download the latest SXCE from opensolaris.org and install it. The GRUB menu will list Solaris xVM after the install, but will boot to Solaris (non-xVM) by default. Use the bootadm command to set xVM as the default GRUB entry and reboot. Once booted into Solaris xVM, run virt-manager command to create VMs. Chris
We know this is a doc problem. We are working on the docs and FAQ on the Xen community site now, and also updating the product guide. We have various commitments, but we are targeting the docs and will integrate them better, and we''ll create a "getting started."
