xen discuss - Jun 2008 - CPU frequency scaling support

Does Xen provide support for CPU frequency scaling?
If there exists such support, from which version they support it?
Otherwise what problems do exist in support frequency scaling in Xen?

No.  I am unaware of this even existing on NetBSD or Linux either...   
Maybe you can educate me on what this is, and who is supposedly  
supporting it...?

As far as I know, there are a few patches that added frequency scaling to Xen.
Currently this feature is disabled by default and and you need to enable
CONFIG_CPU_FREQ in dom0''s config file and add a "cpufreq=xen"
in Xen''s cmdline to activate this feature.
