Hello, I just BFUed my system to svn_86 and now my xen dom0 panic at boot. Otherwise booting without xen working just fine. I find this post : http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/on/flag-days/pages/2008030301/ saying that I had to upgrade xvm manually using this script /ws/xvm-gate/public/bin/update_xvm. Ok but where I can find it ? and where I can find xvm package ? I''m just a bit lost in the opensolaris organisation... This message posted from opensolaris.org

OK thanks for the answer. I will try to compile b86 xvm source, since I cannot find the b86 iso on the sun site (b85 only?). Why package of a build are not directly downloadable ? This message posted from opensolaris.org

The main reason for this is that you''re the first person who''s ever BFU''d across such a flag day without having the packages available via the DVD. Or at least, you''re the first to ask. These flag days aren''t very common. Ignore the other response, it has nothing to do with transparency. regards, john
John, Just a quick question. At mean time the list of known bugs and issues fixed in build 85 is available at opensolaris.org. View:- http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/xen/Bugfixes_Known_Issues/ In about one week b86 will become available for download instead of 85. However, i can''t find at opensolaris.org the list of known bugs and issues fixed in build 86. I am concerned about particular issues, but cannot know in advance would it make sense for me to download build 86 or no. 3.9 GB download takes 4-5 hr in best case scenario. Thanks. -b.
