Is the Xen version on SPARC architecture released already? Or is this part of OpenSolaris already? Is there any plan available? This message posted from opensolaris.org

Is this possible?Yes, on Dynamic System Domains (aka hardware domains) on systems such as the Sun Fire family. LDoms, however requires S10 or greater as the sun4v architecture used by the UltraSPARC CMT machines was only introduced in S10. -- Liam
Hi, this is only possible on older machines with domain capabilities (for example the SF1280). But you can run Solaris 10 on SPARC and create a Zone running Solaris 8 now (unfortunately this feature is not available for Solaris 9) regards Bernd Renjith V wrote:> My requirement is to run Solaris 9 and Solaris 10 in parallel on SPARC systems.
