xen discuss - Oct 2007 - Install Xvnc on SNV 75a DomU on top of CentOS 5 Dom0

Attempt to reproduce :-
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/xen/docs/VncLogin.htm
which worked fine for SNV 66 Xen Drop failes on SNV 75a DomU.
Actually , when Tight VNC is installed  and  ssh tunnel  between Linux Dom0 and
OpenSolaris 75a DomU is activated.
# vncviewer 127.0.0.1:0 (at Linux Dom0 side ) brings up
window flicking for a while. This window flicked just for several
seconds and gave login screen on SNV66 DomU

I''ve tried both options:-
1. Add "set softcall_delay=0x100000" to /etc/system  at DomU
  Run "bootadm update-archive -R /a" and copy boot_archive to Linux
dom0
# umount -f /a
# shutdown -y -g0 -i0 
Edit Solaris75a.cfg and make ramdisk referencing
/usr/lib/xen-solaris/boot_archive
# xm create -c Solaris75a.cfg
.................
2. Not to add "set softcall_delay=0x100000" to /etc/system 
Second option eliminate one second delay clearly reported by
# vncviewer 127.0.0.1:0
but  Xvnc Window been brought up by the last command is still flicking for ever

I also noticed that SunStudio 12 installer behaves slightly different on
SNV66 DomU and SNV75 DomU:-
In first case (SNV66)  after command 
# ./installer
there was a noticeable delay and then message looked like "Loading GDM and
... " showed up for a second before scrolling of License Terms began.
On SNV75a DomU installer starts with scrolling of License Terms.
I am not quite sure about message content, but it reported something
about GDM.

Sun Studio 12 has been installed in both cases under /opt.
export PATH=/opt/SUNWspro/bin:/usr/dt/bin:/usr/X/bin:/usr/openwin/bin:$PATH 
performed before Tight VNC compilation
