Looks like you ''ve set the cdrom to be an ISO. Are you saying that you
can''t see that iso? or that you can''t access the physical
cdrom drive?
If the latter, simply change the line
disk = [ ''file:/winxp-disk.raw,hdc,w'',
''file:/Desktop/winxp.iso,hda:cdrom,r'' ]
to something like
disk = [ ''file:/winxp-disk.raw,hdc,w'',
''phy:/dev/dsk/c1t0d0s2,hda:cdrom,r'' ]
(or wherever the cdrom mounts up from)
