ogg dev - Apr 2010 - make .avi from many .jpg files - help needed in ogg version.

Somebody send me this command. May somebody tell me the equivalent command
for creating ogg videos ?

Assuming this command "make[s] .avi [files] from many .jpg files",
then ffmpeg2theora does that. There's an example with png files in its
help output, but jpeg files should work just as well.
