RGB format is handled ?

Hi,

here's a cleaned up version - still something that's open: RGB vs BGR.
I currently send ARGB in host endianness, as that's what Cairo expects,
so it avoids conversions. However, this may or may not be what the
user code expects in the end, so a flip would be required while doing
the copy to the actual display buffer (eg, as the glut-player example is
doing).
