j^ reported that some of the tools in the Annodex SVN like
mod_annodex, anxrip, oggz-merge, oggz-rip, etc will need to be
modified.  I do not have SVN access to edit these, so can one of you
guys do it?  With j's consent, I'll edit ffmpeg2theora.

fine with me. this will still work with mod_annodex or would this
require a new version. did not check, just wondering..

ok, I've modified libannodex and mod_annodex to use the mime types
without x- (in changesets 3528-3530). This also fixes anything using
libannodex, ie. annodex-tools, cmmlwiki etc.

Nothing in current liboggz uses mime types, so no modification is
required there.

you'll need an update of mod_annodex-ap20 (ie. mod_annodex for Apache
2.x). Changeset 3528 allows it to be configured with a handler name of
"application/annodex" (while still allowing
"application/x-annodex" or
simply "annodex"). It also uses the newer mime types for checking
Accept quality, and in the generated X-Accept-TimeURI response header.

as soon as possible.  j, do you think the code's stable for a release?
