This also fixes anything using libannodex, ie. annodex-tools, cmmlwiki etc. Nothing in current liboggz uses mime types, so no modification is required there. cheers, Conrad.

Changeset 3528 allows it to be configured with a handler name of "application/annodex" (while still allowing "application/x-annodex" or simply "annodex"). It also uses the newer mime types for checking Accept quality, and in the generated X-Accept-TimeURI response header. http://trac.annodex.net/changeset/3528 cheers, Conrad.
