Ocfs2 users - Aug 2019 - OCFS2 support for RHEL 7.x

Hi,

Can some one confirm OCFS2 supported for RHEL 7.x .

We are installing Oracle Fusion middleware 12.2.1.3 application on RHEL 7.x

We need to shared storage for application clustering 2 nodes to read and write
on same shared storage directory.

Hello Padman,

For a technical viewpoint, you can setup OCFS2 cluster on RHEL 7.x.
But, I am sure if RHEL 7.x provide ocfs2-tools rpm officially.
For SLES, it provide OCFS2 support officially and provide the guide to help you
setup OCFS2 step by step.
