Has anyone had to resize a mountpoint in ocfs2. In ocfs version 1 it was a case of unmounting and using the resizeocfs command. Is this still the same for ocfs2?? Yes, the last patch to add this feature is in review. We will release this as part of ocfs2-tools 1.2.2. Kerr-Sheppard, Stephen wrote:> > Has anyone had to resize a mountpoint in ocfs2. Sunil As we are in need of resizing some mountpoints now, how long are we looking at before the tools are released. Also when released, can the resize be done online or will an unmount be required? The current implementation is for offline resize. Online requires module changes, and thus will be released with 1.4. We are hoping to release the tools next month. However, the last resize patch will be checked in today or at the latest on monday.
