[Ocfs2-users] ocfs2 fencing because connected to half-quorum
Do you have a netdump server setup? Something is going wrong on the first node due to which the net connection is getting lost. However, the disk hb is going strong. And that is a problem. From the looks of it, this node is the lower numbered node. Setup a netdump server to catch the msgs. Also, ensure you have the auto-reboot on panic setup as listed in the FAQ. Q03 How do I configure my system to auto-reboot after a panic? A03 To auto-reboot system 60 secs after a panic, do: # echo 60 > /proc/sys/kernel/panic To enable the above on every reboot, add the following to /etc/sysctl.conf: kernel.panic = 60 Zhang, George wrote:> > Hi, > > > > I have a 2-node 9i RAC (9.2.0.6) installation on Redhat Enterprise > Linux 4 AS using OCFS2 (1.2.1).
