What this literally means is that the version number:
cat /proc/fs/ocfs2_nodemanager/interface_revision
does not match what the tools expect.
Solution is to get a matching pair. ;)
See if you have installed the latest of both. (Well,
actually 3... the third is the ocfs2console).
