Ocfs2 devel - Aug 2006 - how can I get the 64bit JBD patch?

I see that ocfs2 has used 64bit JBD. I want to know where is the
64bit JBD patch?  Whether the patch is developed by ocfs2 or not? Whether
the patch is developed by JBD itself? 

 

         Anyone can help me?
