Hi everybody! I am running ocfs on SLES8 without any problem in highly production environment. oradb2:/var/log # uname -a Linux oradb2 2.4.21-215-smp #1 SMP Mon Apr 26 17:28:18 UTC 2004 i686 unknown oradb2:/oradata # rpm -q --all|grep ocfs ocfs-support-1.0.10-1 ocfs-tools-1.0.10-1 During last weekend I found these error logs: Nov 14 02:27:37 oradb1 kernel: (1206) ERROR: status = -2, Linux/ocfsmain.c, 2348 Nov 14 02:27:38 oradb1 kernel: (1204) ERROR: status = -2, Linux/ocfsmain.c, 2042 According to df -h command there was only 89% usage of ocfs mount point. When I deleted some archive log files then error logs disappered. What does exactly "ERROR: status = -2" mean? Thanks. Regards Brano.
What version of the ocfs module? cat /proc/ocfs/version Branislav Krusinsky wrote:>Hi everybody! > > I am running ocfs on SLES8 without any problem in highly >production environment. > > oradb2:/var/log # uname -a > Linux oradb2 2.4.21-215-smp #1 SMP Mon Apr 26 17:28:18 UTC 2004 >i686 unknown > > oradb2:/oradata # rpm -q --all|grep ocfs > ocfs-support-1.0.10-1 > ocfs-tools-1.0.10-1 > > During last weekend I found these error logs: > > Nov 14 02:27:37 oradb1 kernel: (1206) ERROR: status = -2, >Linux/ocfsmain.c, 2348 > Nov 14 02:27:38 oradb1 kernel: (1204) ERROR: status = -2, >Linux/ocfsmain.c, 2042 > > According to df -h command there was only 89% usage of ocfs >mount point.
