Nut upsuser - Mar 2025 - Problem with Ubuntu Server/Client and CyberPower CP1500PFCLCDa

New NUT setup with server and client running Ubuntu.

All seems well.  uspc runs correctly on both client and server.

Client is seeing error message "Login on UPS [Office-UPS at 10.0.0.104]
failed - got [ERR ACCESS-DENIED]"

Tried using nc -v serverip 3493.   USERNAME get OK.  PASSWORD get OK.   LOGIN
UPS get "ACCESS-DENIED"

Reconfirmed multiple time users and ups defined as documented.

Out of ideas.  In pointers?
