Nut upsuser - Dec 2024 - [EXTERNAL] Tripp Lite "Remote Shutdown" when USB cable is attached

Hello:

I am sorry to dig up a very old thread, but this problem is exactly the
same as I am experiencing. My Tripp Lite UPS enters a shut-down loop at
some point after a connected device running NUT is restarted or connected
by USB. I have replicated this behavior with a Synology NAS running their
brand of NUT, and also on a Raspberry Pi. I am curious if anyone who dealt
with this issue in the past is able to offer a suggestion for how to get
out of the loop? It would be greatly appreciated!
