Nut upsuser - Feb 2006 - Network UPS Tools version 2.0.3 released

Network UPS Tools version 2.0.3 has been released.

Two side notes:
- Part of the process evolution, the patch against 2.0.2 is not provided
anymore. If you feel this is a great lack, please contact me back.

- Also, the online documentation has still not been updated due the its lack
of maintainability. The solution to this is part of the NUT Documentation
sub project (scheduled for NUT 2.2).
