nsd users - Dec 2015 - Amplification attack how to stop it

There was somting in wrong in ubuntu package in de repo of ondrej 
https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/ubuntu/pkg-nlnetlabs

I rebuild the package without change build rules and now ratelimit worked again.

Don't know if the same issue in de Debian package and Ubuntu package

Do you mean that there was a bug of some kind in the Debian package?

Or do you mean that you rebuilt it with RRL, and did that help you?
