nsd users - Oct 2007 - tsig and dnssec tools

hi,
is it intentional that nsd don't contain any tools to use tsig and
dnssec with nsd? i mean generate key, sing zone etc..
or we've to use bind's tool? wouldn't it be better and more elegant
to
include in nsd it's own tool is it's support these features?
