Nouveau - Sep 2023 - [PATCH] MAINTAINERS: update nouveau maintainers

Since I will continue to work on Nouveau consistently, also beyond my
former and still ongoing VM_BIND/EXEC work, add myself to the list of
Nouveau maintainers.
