[Nouveau] [PATCH] drm/nouveau/svm: fail NOUVEAU_SVM_INIT ioctl on unsupported devices
Fixes a crash when trying to create a channel on e.g. Turing GPUs when NOUVEAU_SVM_INIT was called before.
