[Nouveau] [PATCH] nouveau: Add missing PIPE_SHADER_CAP_INTEGERS to get_shader_param()
Add missing PIPE_SHADER_CAP_INTEGERS for frag shaders to
nv30_screen_get_shader_param().

The prefix should be "nv30:" instead of "nouveau:" I guess.
