Hello,
I am testing lastest kernel 3.7 into a fedora 17 , i686, nouveau , kde
The same problem using vanilla 3.7 and fedora rpmtools kernel 3.7.0-1
Boots starts, and it shows,
[]nouveau, enable msi not supported
[]Failed to start Wait for Plymouth Boot Screen to Quit
system totally freezed ...
dmesg logs don't show any info message
i can't start X from level 3 ... if i remove all nouveau files the problem
appears too

Working without problems f17 , 3.6.8 series ...
3.7.0 not working
configuration .. no nouveau files in system, and no kind of config reference,
like neither msi nor similar

It seems like there was two bugs. The first bug was modesetting-related and got
fixed. The second one is about msi interrupts and some motherboards do not
support them properly IIRC. This may not be our bug so let's close this bug
report.
