[Nouveau] [PATCH] drm/nouveau: Allow using nouveau with 'acpi=off'
Check if ACPI is disabled or not, before calling any kernel acpi function. It avoids recompiling kernel without ACPI for people not wanting to use it, or for broken ACPI systems.
