When randr1.2 is enabled, I get the display offset one line downwards (the
whole screen is down by a single line, and the line from the bottom is
displayed at the top).

(for my own reference, this is the green elsa gladiac mx nv11)

Patch to remove interference with CR43. The default seems fine.

This fixes something similar on my nv11, so it's worth a go.
