netflow tools - Apr 2009 - softflowd performance and time in netflow

First of all - thanks for very nice tool, keep up the good work!
I have few questions about your software:

1) what is the maximum performance for softflowd - I need to have 
netflow from around 300Mbits per second, is it possible to have it? 
(what hardware needed?)
