ip6tables says Unknown error when:
# ip6tables -A INPUT -m state --state RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT
ip6tables: Unknown error 18446744073709551615
I ever read the bug #467 http://bugzilla.netfilter.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467,
and the root cause is not loading module xt_tcpudp.
It doesn't happen to my system (refer to the info below)

problem resolved by adding following in kernel conf file
CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_IPV6=m
