Using kernel linux.2.6.17-sip-patched ,  iptables 1.3.0-2 ,ip_nat_sip and 
patched ip_conntrack_sip .Sip packets going through the nat are not fully 
DNATed .SDP section in the DNATed SIP packect still contains the localip as 
the contact which means retruning rtp packets will be lost .
