I just want to mention that I got a similar problem with gentoo-2.4.20-r2
kernel.
Without iptalbes configuration everything works great.
When only making some firewall rules in INPUT,OUTPUT,FORWARD I also have not
stumbled across the Oops, but as soon as I try to use HTB traffic shaping in the
mangle table I get an Oops by PPPOE after maximum of 5 Minutes (using iproute-r1
as r2 does not have htb support).
