Mongrel users - Sep 2006 - href #

Hello all,

I''ve just upgraded to the latest mongrel and am having a problem with
the
following link:

<a href="#"
onclick="toggle_menu(''Manage'')">Manage...</a>

I''m now getting a routing error when I click on this link. 
It''s trying to
route to /Manage.  Is there a different syntax I should be using?  Btw, I
didn''t have an issue before the upgrade.

System Details:

Mongrel Web Server 0.3.13.4
Rails 1.1.6
Kubuntu Linux version (uname -rv): 2.6.15-26-386 #1 PREEMPT Fri Sep 8
