Masterview devel - Apr 2007 - change requiring REXML 3.1.4 or later in new build

syncing
all the recent masterview changes this morning to work on my parser error
msg bug i found out i needed to move up to 1.8.5.  1.8.4 had REXM 3.1.3 in
it.
 
[so i spent the morning upgrading ruby and gems rather than working on the
fix, oh well, will try to get to that this evening]

arrgghh. I didn''t realize that 1.8.4 had rexml 3.1.3, figured would
have
been updated by then. Guess not.

I know what you mean though, upgrades and versions can have you pull your
hair out.
