Masterview devel - Sep 2006 - Add doc entries for new 0.2.5 directives: eval, form_remote, link_to_function

Added doc entries are sketchy and need work, but wanted to at least keep the
main reference complete.
 
Need to figure out as part of the directive metadata mechanism how to get
summary description and details/examples for each directive out of normal
rdoc text in the directive''s .rb file, I think, then maybe a rake task
to
build our reference page automatically (fill in skeleton with the two
indexes, by category and alpha, along with the actual reference entries).
Latter could also be used to drive admin page and building doc views onto
addon directive sets.
