Masterview devel - Jun 2006 - First draft of Simple diagram to help explain MasterView operation

I committed a simple diagram to try and help explain MasterView operation.
See what you think and feel free to update it, however if you move the divs
around, be careful it took me some care to make something that looked
similar on Firefox unix, firefox windows, and IE. Might be that I
didn''t
specify a font and size, but not sure.

Anyway see if this would help new users to understand what is going on here.
