[Masterview-devel] I am in the final stages of the consolidated io refactoring
I am in the final stages of consolidated io refactoring which I am trying to finish as soon as possible. So I just wanted to mention where I was at. These changes will consolidate the file handling operations and clean things up considerably. That being said things like ParserHelper and anything that used to rely on files will not be using the new IO and thus there will be many changes to those files. I will get this finished as soon as possible but just wanted to give you a heads up in case you were activly working on files that manipulate files, that there may be conflicts once it is all said and done. So if you could minimize work around those routines until after I am finished. I will have this done asap. Jeff -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... [Masterview-devel] I am in the final stages of the consolidated iorefactoring
Jeff - sounds good, thx for the update. I''ll be doing another pass on the init/config this afternoon to incorporate our last round of discussions and some some additional work on the docs. I''m minimizing the other files I have to touch right now until the config stuff is settled and integrated to the trunk, so anything else I need to change I''ll happily hold onto and then merge in after your file handling work is done. Shouldn''t be a problem - version control and diff compares make this all quite tractable. ~ Deb _____ From: masterview-devel-bounces at rubyforge.org [mailto:masterview-devel-bounces at rubyforge.org] On Behalf Of Jeff Barczewski Sent: Friday, June 09, 2006 7:04 AM To: masterview-devel at rubyforge.org Subject: [Masterview-devel] I am in the final stages of the consolidated iorefactoring I am in the final stages of consolidated io refactoring which I am trying to finish as soon as possible.
