Markdown Discuss - Jul 2013 - Support hyperlink with the link text is itself

Hi,

It would be great if you could support this syntax:

[](http://www.abc.com)

so it would produce:

<a href="http://www.abc.com">http://www.abc.com</a>

Sometimes there is a long hyperlink and it should be shown as-is without
any text.

Hi,

there is already a very simple syntax for that:

    <http://www.abc.com/>

That will do exactly what you want.
