Markdown Discuss - Jun 2006 - html2text in php

Hi there!

I recently ported Aaron Swartz' html2text.py to PHP and would like to know 
what you think about it.
Any suggestions and bug reports are much appreciated.

Note: Michel Fortins PHP Markdown Extended is supported (that is: tables and 
definitionlist are supported in some way)

There are still some bugs but I hope to sort them out soon.

PS: I have a question regarding regular expressions, should I write that in 
another email? Or is this not the right place for that?

I get the following error:

when trying to convert some html to markdown:

All right!

I think it's now working nearly without bugs. Would be great if some of you 
could check it with some serious html. Finding errors is now easier because I 
added a "visual comparison" - that is: html input vs html output

The next days I'll sort the last known bugs out.
