Log: Fixes issue 29.
  - Fixed overrideApi issue where the api ID first argument isn''t
removed
before the call is passed on to the provider implementation
  - Added fromProprietary call to OpenLayers getCenter
  - Fixed Cloudmade getCenter implementation
