Hi, I''m using mapstraction with Google Maps api and I want to use routes. As of now, mapstraction only supports mapquest API to do this, so can I use the underlying googlemaps API to do this, while using mapstraction? If yes, how? Btw, mapquest route demo doesn''t work (Error: MQA is not defined / Source File: http://mapstraction.com/mapstraction-js/mapstraction.js / Line: 621) Thank you. Best regards, Carlos
Hi Carlos, You can get the Google Map object by calling mxn.getMap() where mxn is your Mapstraction object. GEvent and any other direct Google Maps API functions you want to call should be available, as you''ve loaded their API. --Adam --- Adam DuVander I like maps: http://mapscripting.com I like simple: http://adamduvander.com On Apr 14, 2009, at 4:29 AM, Carlos Cabral wrote:> Hi, > I''m using mapstraction with Google Maps api and I want to use routes. > > As of now, mapstraction only supports mapquest API to do this, so > can I > use the underlying googlemaps API to do this, while using > mapstraction? > If yes, how? > > Btw, mapquest route demo doesn''t work (Error: MQA is not defined / > Source File: http://mapstraction.com/mapstraction-js/mapstraction.js / > Line: 621) > > Thank you. > > Best regards, > Carlos > _______________________________________________ > Mapstraction mailing list > Mapstraction at lists.mapstraction.com > http://lists.mapstraction.com/listinfo.cgi/mapstraction-mapstraction.com
