[Lustre-discuss] couldn''t create proc entry sys/lnet/stats
Hi all, I''ve successfully built lustre 1.6.6 against vanilla 2.6.22 + OFED 1.3.1. However, I am getting warning on installation of the lustre modules about being unable to create /proc entries. Is this something to worry about? Apart from the /proc warning, the client seems to be running quite happily. Hello Guy: I am using Ubuntu 8.04 with lustre packages from http://www.pdsi-scidac.org/repository/ubuntu/pool/hardy/lustre/ that means kernel 2.6.22.19 and lustre 6.5.1 and I have the same warning. Which linux distribution are you working with?
