Hi, does anybody know where I can download the source for the Lustre version of e2fsprogs, either the full patched source of e2fsprogs-1.39 or just the patches? I was looking for the most recent version cfs8 but could not find any source download on http:// clusterfs.com, whether source rpms nor a tarball. Kind regards, Anselm Strauss

I installed it but fsck does not know about lustre partitions. Since I don''t know how to recognize the patched version of e2fsprogs, I did an md5sum on the downloaded tarball form lustre.org and on the one from sourceforge.net ... the checksum is the same. I found the file e2fsprogs-1.39-patches.tgz in the old/ directory. Inside the version patch it says: -#define E2FSPROGS_VERSION "1.39" +#define E2FSPROGS_VERSION "1.39.cfs1" #define E2FSPROGS_DATE "29-May-2006" Maybe these are still the newest patches, but on the other hand the most recent rpms are labeled cfs8. For now, I downloaded the old file e2fsprogs-1.39.cfs7-0redhat.src.rpm and extracted the source and patches from there. But it seems that sources for cfs8 are yet missing ...> Cheers, > -- > KilianThanks for replying, Anselm
