[Lustre-discuss] how can i adjust thread count on the lustre client
Sorry, there''s no body in the mailing list. Maybe there''s some error I''ve used lustre for the streaming service for a couple of weeks. But lustre clients was getting slow as the streaming connection is increased. Throughput performance was also not good when It compared to other ext3 based streaming server (those lustre servers and normal server almost has the same streaming connection) At the lustre servers, system process takes almost 60~70% of cpu. In the other system user process takes 60~70% of processor. I think this situation is strongly coupled with lustre client''s thread count. How can I adjust thread count on the lustre client? Thanks.. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: http://mail.clusterfs.com/pipermail/lustre-discuss/attachments/20070104/f2ee369d/attachment.html
