The tcp zero-copy patch can be removed now that the socklnd protocol has been
updated to signal zero-copy send completions.

in all new series - raw ops patch extracted from vfs_intent patch.
removed unused symbols.
added jbd-stats to series which don`t have this patch.
for 2.6.12 fixed build with infiniband enabled.
