[llvm-dev] Delete llvm-objcopy --build-id-link-{dir, input, output} and LLVM_RUNTIME_BUILD_ID_LINK_TARGETS?
From Google Search and Debian Code Search, looks like they have no user now.
Since I cannot tell whether there may be a proprietary user, I am creating this
post.
