[llvm-dev] Documentation doesn't get updated

[llvm-dev] [cfe-dev] Documentation doesn't get updated
Note that Polly's documentation also hasn't been updated for a while now. I don't see a 'polly-sphinx-docs' in the builder list. Is it supposed to exist? Michael Am Mo., 10.
