llvm dev - Jan 2019 - Google Summer of Code 2019: projects needed

Dear All,

It's Google Summer of Code time again! And for us in order to provide
a strong proposal for LLVM we need new ideas & projects that could be
done over the summer.

So, if you're willing to mentor someone – please feel free to add the
