llvm dev - Mar 2014 - [LLVMdev] On Windows with VisualStudio 2012 How to compile Compiler-RT and LLDB

I offer a Windows-based Clang release using VisualStudio, URL:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/clangonwin/, but Compiler-RT can not be a good
compilation, LLDB get going, there's no such Libcxx support, I hope you give
me help. Thank you.
