llvm dev - Dec 2012 - [LLVMdev] assembler verification tools

Hi LLVM,

I've written a set of small command-line tools to help validate the ARM
integrated assembler and would like to contribute them.  But where to put
them?  llvm/utils?  test-suite? separate repo on github?

Are there restrictions on language choice for the llvm source tree?  These
tools are all written in Haskell.

github is probably a good first step. It's hard to say more without
seeing the tools and what they do.
