llvm dev - Oct 2010 - [LLVMdev] problems configuring LLVM with gold plugin

When I build LLVM 2.6 after configuring it with the 
--with-binutils-include option so it points to the gold plugin 
src/include directory, I get the errors below.  I used "cvs -z 9 -d 
:pserver:anoncvs at sourceware.org:/cvs/src co src" to check out the 
gold-plugin, as is documented on llvm.org.

this looks like a version mismatch.  Unfortunately I don't know which
version of gold works with llvm-2.6.

I thought about that too, but I definitely have stdint.h have used it 
many times myself for uint64_t.  In addition, I confirmed that 
plugin-api.h tries to include stdint.h.
