Dumb question - what does PR stand for? I tried searching the LLVM 
documentation and couldn't find a definition.

(I thought it might be "Problem Report" - but the "How to submit
a bug
report" document doesn't use that term.)

It probably is Problem Report, but everybody has been using PR for so  
long I'm not sure:)

Anton meant a bug report in llvm's Bugzilla database:

Yeah, that's right (at least roughly)... AFAIK it's a bit of
terminology borrowed from gcc.
